Your floor plan and your seating chart, in one document

Draw the venue, place the tables, seat the guests. Spacing, aisle and sight-line rules run as you work, and the plan exports in the formats venues and caterers ask for. No account, nothing to install.

Start from an event

Each of these opens already laid out, with the pieces an event of that kind has, in the places they usually go. Everything in one is a guess you can move, resize, rename or delete, which is faster than starting from an empty rectangle.

Start from a venue

Empty rooms at the right size, with the fixtures that shape a layout already placed. A pole tent arrives with its centre poles.

What it does

The venue comes first
Pillars, tent poles, the bar, the dance floor and the exits are objects with real footprints and clearances, so warnings are measured rather than guessed.
Rules run as you work
Table spacing edge to edge, aisle and egress widths, accessible seat placement, keep-together and keep-apart, and a sight-line check from every seat to the stage.
One document, every output
A scaled plan at a stated architectural scale, DXF for the venue, meal counts for the caterer, a rental order, place cards, and a phone page where a guest looks up their own table.
It stays yours
Everything runs in your browser. Plans are saved on your device and shared by a link that carries the plan itself, so nothing reaches a server.
